Yesterday in a burst of ADHD brain, with an added dose of perimenopausal hormones, I deleted everything I have ever blogged. Adventures with the Michigan Mama… GONE! Because I Pinned it? Good Luck finding any of those boards. I even reset this site, because I was feeling uninspired, chaotic and overstimulated. 😢😢

I’m not really sure what this blog is going to look like now. I know I love writing and communicating with new people, so I am optimistic that there will be new posts in the future. I just can’t guarantee what they will be.
So ladies, tell me what’s next. How do you handle the hormone surges and drops? Is this chaotic brain fog permanent? Should I go on ADHD medication to get through it?
