Hello Lovelies. I’m sure I sound weird when I say that I hate winter, but I love this time of year. Some people get depressed after Christmas, but I focus on the possibilities of a New Year and keep the positivity flowing.

This year I decided to add some quotes to keep the momentum of positivity going. But just reading a quote in a book, online or even on a calendar isn’t what I wanted. I needed to get crafty.

I went to the Dollar Store and picked up a mini chalk board, some stencils and a chalk marker. Then I used the stencil to add my favorite Steve Jobs’ quote, “You’ve got to find what you love” to the chalkboard.

I love the way this looks on my desk with my giant coffee cup of flowers. Hopefully the fact that I’ve been able to keep this alive for 4 months, plus the power of positivity will help promote a great year.
