It has been a long day and I could use a drink. Therefore, today’s Would You Rather will be a pub question

Would you rather the bar tender serve you watered down Irish whiskey or skunked Guinness at the pub?

While both of these sound equally awful, I will have to go with the whiskey. The idea of skunked beer makes my stomach turn, much less actually having to drink it.

And to go along with our game I made an Irish Apple and Blackberry Cake. It has just the right amount of moisture and crumble, but skip the Jameson Sauce. Instead make a Blackberry Couli and some Whiskey Whipped Cream. That will add more brightness than the overly sweet sauce in the recipe.
